How to upload files using Secure FTP.
While any FTP client software can be used we recommend using WinSCP as it is free and its supports Secure FTP. WinSCP can be downloaded from here. If you wish to use standard FTP (Not Secure FTP) you will need to request that standard FTP access is enabled for your account.
Once you have downloaded the installation package double click on it to install WinSCP to your computer.
When you start WinSCP you are presented with the following program window.
