How to Install the FREE dictation client software manually.
Before beginning this process please ensure all of the following have been completed first.

You have downloaded the installation package 'oTs_Author_3.7.msi' and it is accessible from the PC you are installing to. Click Here to download the installation file.

You have a microphone and speakers* attached to the PC. This can be a combination of a desktop microphone and PC speakers OR an ear and mic headset.
Many SpeechMikes are supported. They are highly recommended and negate the need for both PC microphone and speakers.
*Sound is only required if you want to review (listen to) your dictations.

The PC that is receiving the installation must be connected to the internet before the program can be run for the first time. (After the initial logon the software can be operated offline. Jobs created while offline will be uploaded next time the host PC is online)
Step 1
Locate the oTs_Author_3.7.msi file on your computer and double - click on it. The installation process should begin and you are welcomed with the following screen. Click Next to proceed.
