Notwithstanding overiding specific agreements, you agree to make payment of cleared funds for legitimate invoices WITHIN 14 days of receipt of invoice. Payments made by cheque need to allow 3 days for 'clearance' over and above the additional postage lead time and as such would generally need to be posted within 10 days of invoice date to remain within the agreed terms.
