If you did not request FTP access when you opened your account FTP can be enabled and an ftp username and password issued by contacting support via email with your request. support@ots.net.au Fill in the session details as shown below. Note that Secure FTP uses port 22 (as well as the standard FTP port 21) so you will need to make sure that both these ports are open on any firewalls that are present on your local network. The private key field can be left blank.
