Summary of the Free WinScribe client Software

The WinScribe author software is an application that installs to your PC or Laptop and is used to create and manage your dictations in much the same way as Outlook manages your emails. The software is used to record your dictations which are sent to our server when you press the send button. The completed jobs are returned to your inbox with the associated documents attached. Other functionality includes the ability to monitor the progress of jobs, change their priority and return them for amendments if required. You can also attach copy typing and instructions for the typists.

The software works with any PC microphone or headset as well as with professional dictation microphones like the Phillips SpeechMike and Olympus Directrec devices.
